Xiaodi Hou

Xiaodi Hou is an experienced civil and structural engineer with a solid background in both design and project management. Starting as a contracting engineer at YiDA Group, Xiaodi gained experience in preparing tendering documents and contracts. Following this role, a position at Lee & Lee Consultants involved proposing RC and steel structural designs while checking existing structures for A&A projects. As a Design Engineer at Mott MacDonald, Xiaodi focused on superstructure and underground structure elements analysis and design, utilizing advanced design software. Currently serving as an Associate at AECOM since 2015, responsibilities include leading civil and structural projects and handling senior engineering duties across multiple projects.
