Yu Liu

Yu (Louis) Liu is currently the Design Technology Lead at AECOM, having previously served as a Design Technology Specialist within the same company. They have experience as an Architectural Designer at Martin Hopp Architect PLLC, where they worked on design development and construction document phases of projects in New York. Earlier, Yu completed internships at the 中国建筑设计研究院 and Liu & Zhang Atelier, UA Design, contributing to notable projects like the International Bidding in Olympic Park in Beijing. Yu also held a position as a Facade Designer and BIM Specialist at Werner Sobek from 2014 to 2018, and has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Currently, Yu is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master of Architecture, and a postgraduate degree in Data Science.
