Aaron Crytes CET has extensive experience in quality management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality at Aecon Group Inc. since July 2007, Aaron has held multiple senior roles including Senior Director of Quality and Regional Quality Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Lincoln Electric as Technical Sales Support, and at Horton CB&I as a Welding Field Engineer. Aaron began the career as a Quality Inspector at Formet Industries and National Steel Car. Aaron holds a degree as a Welding Engineering Technologist from NCAAT, earned between 1997 and 1999.
