Aaron started their career as a Condition Assessment Inspector at the City of Calgary in 2003. Aaron then interned at AMEC Infrastructure Ltd in 2005, where they gained experience in highway infrastructure projects. In the same year, they also interned at Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation, where they worked as an owner's representative on various construction projects.

Moving forward, they joined Lafarge in 2005 and held multiple roles, including an Internship Student, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager for Western Canada. During their tenure, they successfully coordinated and executed large-scale construction projects while adhering to contract specifications and guidelines.

In 2013, Aaron joined Remington Development Corp as a Land Development Engineer/Project Manager, where they oversaw land development projects. Aaron then transitioned to Bluebird Contracting Services in 2016 and served as the Vice President of Civil Construction. Here, they played a key role in managing and leading civil construction operations.

Currently, Aaron works at Aecon Group Inc. as the Vice President of Calgary Operations since 2018. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Calgary, ensuring efficiency, and driving business growth.
