Andy Matthews

Andy Matthews has extensive experience in multiple IT leadership roles. Andy started their career at IBM as an IT Consultant, where they worked on various SAP implementation projects. Andy then moved to HLM Architects as an IT Coordinator, providing IT services and support to multiple offices globally. After that, they joined Houlder Limited as an IT Manager, where they provided leadership on IT programs and managed a nationwide team delivering IT support. Andy then joined SOTI as a Professional Services Manager, leading a team of Enterprise Mobility Consultants and overseeing the delivery of technical support and services for hundreds of enterprise clients. Currently, they are working at Aecon Group Inc. as a Sr. Director, Technology & Operations. In this role, they are responsible for delivering high-performance IT services and support to over 15,000 users across Aecon Construction Group and its subsidiaries. Andy has a strong background in managing large teams, overseeing IT infrastructure, and driving process improvement within IT organizations.
