Aniela Alexander, MSc., P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as the Preconstruction Manager at Aecon Group Inc. since February 2022. Aniela has extensive experience at Almita Piling, where the role includes Manager of Major Projects and Project Manager since January 2014, specializing in various piling projects across Canada and internationally. Previous positions include Engineer-in-Training at exp Global Inc., Project Engineer at Jusamco Pavers Ltd, Project Engineer at Yorke Structures Ltd, and Field Engineer at Cemco Inc. Aniela holds an MSc in Construction Management from the University of West Indies and a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Guyana, complemented by a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Additionally, Aniela is actively engaged with the Alberta Construction Safety Association since 2013.
