Carla Ali

Carla Ali is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, project management, and sales support. Currently serving as the EHS Learning and Development Coordinator at Aecon Group Inc. since August 2020, Carla has previously worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Investment Planning Counsel, where responsibilities included collaborating with project management teams and creating training materials. Carla's tenure at BSI as Senior Training Coordinator involved managing training logistics for over 200 courses annually and assessing program instructors, alongside support for the Canadian Sales Team in proposal preparation and sales process improvement.
