Deb Goad has extensive experience in quality control and inspection within various industries. Beginning a career as a CNC plasma welder operator at Fasco Motors / Von Weise from March 1990 to October 2008, Goad was involved in machining, QC inspection, and operating various equipment. Transitioning into inspection roles, Goad served as a manual brazing technician at Royce/Ayr from October 2009 to July 2015, before taking on responsibilities as a NACE Coating Inspector at Quality Coating Services from March 2014 to July 2015. Since July 2015, Goad has been with Aecon Group Inc. as a Quality Control - Coating Inspector, ensuring compliance and documentation for high-profile projects in the nuclear sector. Earlier experience includes a role as an NDT Visual Inspector at Probe Test Inspection in 2000. Goad holds a high school diploma from Ontario, Canada.
