Eric Paul

Eric Paul serves as a Project Manager for Telecommunications at Aecon Group Inc. since May 2022, following a long tenure with Bell starting in April 2010 as Operations Manager. In this role, Eric has successfully led a team of 25 technicians, sharpened customer experience through performance analysis and data manipulation, and achieved significant team promotions of Bell products. Eric's contributions include enhancements in team efficiency and safety, as evidenced by a focus on reducing on-duty injuries and active participation in the Health and Safety Committee. Additionally, Eric has coordinated various Health and Safety initiatives and training programs, emphasizing productivity and workplace safety. Eric holds a High School Diploma from Oak Bay Secondary, completed between 1991 and 1996.
