Eric Rosenfeld

Eric Rosenfeld brings over 30 years of experience in a diverse range of industries and has extensive capital markets and financial services expertise.

Mr. Rosenfeld is President and Chief Executive Officer of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York based investment firm. Prior to forming Crescendo Partners in 1988, he held the position of Managing Director at CIBC Oppenheimer and its predecessor company, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., for 14 years.

Mr. Rosenfeld currently serves as Lead Independent Director for Cott Corporation, Director and Chairman of CPI Aerostructures Inc., Director of Absolute Software Corp., Director of Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd., and Chairman and CEO of Harmony Merger Corp.

Mr. Rosenfeld is a member of Aecon's Risk Committee.
