Graham Collier

Graham Collier is currently the Chief Estimator at Aecon Group Inc., where they have worked since 2020. Previously, Graham held various senior roles, including Chief Estimator at Balfour Beatty Rail and Associate Director at Turner and Townsend. With extensive experience in estimating management, Graham has also served as a Senior Estimator and Managing Estimator in multiple capacities within Aecon Group. Graham received a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Coventry University and has further qualifications in engineering technologies.
