Harman Minhas currently serves as Chief Engineer for the Scarborough Subway Extension since February 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Systems Integration at Aecon Group Inc. since September 2019. Previously, Harman Minhas was Chief Engineer at ONxpress Transportation Partners from April 2022 to February 2023 and held senior roles at Thales, including Senior Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering, from May 2015 to September 2019. At the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), Harman Minhas worked as Acting Chief Signals Engineer and Superintendent/Manager of Train Control Engineering from June 2010 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in software engineering at Thales Rail Signalling and Alcatel. Harman Minhas earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Ryerson University from 1996 to 2000.
