Jamie Abernethy has extensive experience in project management within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector, currently serving as Project Director at Aecon Water since April 2011. Notable projects include the Lake Oswego WWTP and Comox Valley WTP, alongside key roles in various other water treatment initiatives. Prior to Aecon Water, Jamie held the position of Foreman at LPT Contracting, beginning as a carpenter's apprentice and rising to this leadership role. Educational qualifications include a business program at Ivey Business School and a Journeyman Carpenter degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, complemented by a degree from the University of Calgary.
