Joel Jacques, P.Eng, currently serves as President at Coast Valley Contracting Ltd since March 2023. Simultaneously, Joel holds the position of Project Manager/Senior Estimator at Aecon Group Inc. since June 2021 and has been the Deputy Project Director at Flatiron Construction working on the Site C - GSS Contract since June 2018. Prior to these roles, Joel was a Project Manager III and Lead Estimator at Flatiron Construction from July 2014 to March 2018, and Project Manager at Surespan Group from June 2013 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes project management at Hemmera and a decade-long tenure as Job Superintendent at Kiewit. Joel holds an Engineer's Degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Queen's University, awarded from 1998 to 2002.
