Jonathan Fleming

Jonathan Fleming has extensive experience in the engineering sector, particularly within the nuclear and power generation industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Engineer at Aecon Group Inc. since August 2019, Jonathan provides mentorship and oversees special projects related to nuclear steam generator replacements and plant upgrades. Previous roles at Aecon include Engineering Manager, where Jonathan developed engineering processes for EPC qualifications, and Senior Proposal Manager, leading proposals for significant nuclear construction projects. Prior to Aecon, Jonathan held various engineering management positions at Babcock & Wilcox Canada, Ltd. from 2000 to 2019, focusing on thermal engineering and project management. Jonathan's career began as a Design Engineer at Howden Galt Ltd. in the mid-1980s, and Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
