Kimmy Der is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Indigenous relations, business development, and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Indigenous Relations at Aecon Group Inc. since 2015, Kimmy is responsible for key initiatives in Western Canada and building relationships with Indigenous leaders and communities. Previous roles include positions at Aecon in business development and strategy, as well as delivering a comprehensive business plan for a startup personal care home at the University of Saskatchewan's Edwards School of Business. Kimmy's leadership experience includes roles at Capstone Management Consulting, where insight into applied business research and consulting was provided.
