Kyle Juffs

Kyle Juffs has extensive work experience in environmental health and safety roles. Kyle started their career at Breck Scaffold Solutions in 2009 as a Lead Hand and Scaffolder. Kyle then became a Supervisor and NCSO before joining Safway Group in 2014 as an NCSO. Kyle later worked at Breck Scaffold Solutions again as a Supervisor and Crew Leader. In 2015, they joined Safway Group as a Site Safety Advisor, and in 2017, they worked as a Journeyman Scaffolder. In 2018, they joined Aecon Group Inc. as an EHS Advisor and progressed to Senior EHS Advisor. In 2021, they became the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Director Environmental Health & Safety.

Kyle Juffs completed their education at the Canadian Construction Association, where they obtained a degree in Construction Safety Coordinator with a focus on Environmental Health and Safety. Kyle also attended the University of Manitoba, although specific details regarding their degree and field of study are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Kyle has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Advanced Safety Professional Practice from Safety Futures in 2023, Radiation Safety Officer from the Radiation Safety Institute of Canada in 2022, Gold Seal Certified (GSC) from Gold Seal Certification in 2019, National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) from the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA) in 2013, National Construction Safety Officer NCSO from the Alberta Construction Safety Association in 2013, and Journeyman Scaffolder from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission in 2012.
