Leslie Compton Kass is the Chief Executive Officer of Lewis Services, an ESOP-owned vegetation-management business serving utilities and municipalities, and a board member of Aecon Group Inc. They are noted as the first female CEO in two organizations. Previously, they led TC Energy's Technical Centre as Executive Vice President, overseeing governance, safety, emergency management, and large-scale program oversight, and they served as President & CEO of Babcock & Wilcox, where they improved the balance sheet and cash flow by divesting assets and joint ventures, identified over $60 million in cost reductions, relocated the headquarters, and helped raise more than $250 million in additional capital. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
