Luis Cruz

Luis Cruz is an experienced operations manager currently with Aecon Group Inc. since April 2018, overseeing a technical workforce across multiple provinces and ensuring effective operational workflows. Prior to this role, Luis served as a field service manager, focusing on planning and executing multimillion-dollar MDU builds and facilitating the deployment of fibre optic technology to numerous homes. Luis began a career in telecommunications as a lead technician at Bell Technical Solutions from November 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing major fibre builds in new condominium developments, planning project scopes, and organizing crew schedules. Luis holds education credentials from Humber College and Universidad Espíritu Santo.
