Matthias Mayer

Matthias Mayer has worked as a Director Technical Services at Bird Construction since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering, Quality, and Performance at Aecon starting from March 1996. From January 1991 to January 1996, they served as a Project Engineer at the Ministry of Transportation - Ontario. Lastly, they worked as a Project Engineer at Avenue Structures from January 1985 to January 1991.

Matthias Mayer completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Ryerson Polytechncial Institute from 1981 to 1985 where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
