Mindy Henyu

Mindy Henyu serves as the Senior Manager of Indigenous Relations at Aecon Group Inc., focusing on the reconciliation action plan in western Canada since May 2024. Currently, Mindy also holds the position of Director on the Board of Directors for the Tahltan Central Government and has previously been the President of Infinitely Iskwew Consulting Ltd., providing services in Indigenous relations and community engagement from September 2020 to May 2024. Mindy's extensive experience includes roles such as Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships Director at Surepoint Group and External Relations Advisor at Shell, managing consultation processes with First Nations and fostering partnerships. With a strong educational background in Indigenous leadership and human resources management, Mindy has developed significant expertise in Indigenous relations, community engagement, and strategic policy development throughout a distinguished career.
