Nour Issa

Nour Issa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost control and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Cost Control at Aecon Group Inc. since 2025. Prior to this role, Nour held various positions at Nesma & Partners from October 2010 to September 2025, including Corporate Cost Manager and Project Controls Manager, overseeing several high-profile projects such as the NEOM Development Program and SADARA utilities projects.
