Rob Covassin, GSC, RSO, CHSO, is an experienced professional in the field of environmental health and safety (EHS), currently serving as the Director of EHS for the Transportation Group at Aecon since January 2012. Rob manages an EHS team across Canada, focusing on the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety programs, along with promoting relevant policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Rob was a Safety Advisor at Aecon from January 1999 to January 2006 and worked as a Lead Hand for the structures crew at Armbro Construction from January 1995 to January 1999. Rob obtained education from Humber College.
