Ryan Ellis

Ryan Ellis is a seasoned health and safety professional currently serving as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Aecon Group Inc. since March 2025, focusing on the SGRT project at Bruce Power in Ontario. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Safety Specialist at Bruce Power, where responsibilities included developing health and safety policies and conducting field inspections to identify hazards. With experience as an OSH Specialist at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, Ryan ensured construction safety compliance through the review of Contractor’s Safety Plans. Previous positions include Health and Safety Coordinator at Medcor, where Ryan developed compliance strategies for COVID-19, and various roles in environmental management and water safety. Ryan holds a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Water System Management from Fleming College and a diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technician.
