Ryan McDonald has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Aecon Group Inc. since March 2013, where previous roles included Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to joining Aecon Group, Ryan worked as a Recruiter in the Human Resources department at Savanna Energy Services Corp. from May 2010 to March 2013. Academically, Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Sociology from the University of New Brunswick, obtained between 2005 and 2009, and a BA in Marketing from Medicine Hat College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
