Ryland Howard

Ryland Howard has a strong background in construction and engineering, beginning with experience as a Groundworker at M.Howard Construction, where responsibilities included small-scale groundworks for residential properties. Ryland progressed to Site Engineer roles at Carillion, Russell WBHO, and currently at Aecon Group Inc., focusing on QA checks for groundworks and RC frames. In the capacity of Senior Engineer at McLaren Construction Group, Ryland oversees quality assurance processes and addresses non-conformance reports. Educational credentials include an NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management and an HNC in Civil Engineering from Salford City College Group, as well as a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
