Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith, CP APMP, is an experienced Proposal Manager at Aecon Group Inc., overseeing the Utilities Division Proposal Team and managing over 1,000 bids annually across various utility sectors, including Powerlines, Oil & Gas, Telecom, EV, BESS, and Solar, since March 2017. Prior to Aecon, Shannon served as Tender Manager at Voltage Power Ltd. until its acquisition, and held positions such as Proposal Specialist at Long View Systems and Tender Manager at Valard Construction, where responsibilities included proposal management, competitive bidding, and public and private sector tender law. Additionally, Shannon has experience in operations management and marketing coordination from roles at Weengushk Film Institute and Municipality of Brockton, and a background in managing large order sales at Pizza Pizza Limited. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Windsor.
