Shawn Brown has extensive experience in the electrical field, beginning as an Apprentice Electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers from 2008 to 2014. They then worked as a Red Seal Electrician at Black & McDonald Limited from 2010 to 2016, contributing to various significant projects in the Greater Toronto Area, such as hospitals and airports. Currently, Shawn serves as an Electrical Superintendent at Aecon Group Inc. for the SMR-X DNNP Project, and has held multiple roles within the company, including General Foreman for the Darlington Turbine Generator Refurbishment Project. Shawn is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Contracting Project Management at the University of Waterloo, expected to be completed in 2024.
