Stephen Payne

Stephen Payne has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and contracts management. Stephen has held senior roles in various companies, including Aecon Group Inc., Acciona Infraestructuras S.A, Mace, Hsin Chong Construction Engineering and Management Ltd., Bovis Lend Lease, and Laing Ltd. Stephen'sresponsibilities have included supporting P3 teams, managing O&M aspects of procurement models, and overseeing contractual reviews and negotiations. Stephen has also been involved in risk assessment, project insurance placement, subcontract procurement, and claim resolution. Stephen has successfully secured projects such as the $5 billion ECLRT Project.

Stephen Payne attended St Bedes Grammar School from 1989 to 1996. Stephen then went on to study Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying at The University of Manchester, earning a BSc (Hons) degree from 1996 to 2000.
