Steve Jeffery currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Aecon Group Inc., overseeing projects in Power Transmission, Substations, and Distribution since August 2019. Previously, Steve held the position of General Manager for Utilities, managing projects across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Renewable Energy. Prior to joining Aecon, Steve was a Senior Project Manager at Valard Construction, leading major Power Transmission Projects throughout Canada. Steve also served as a Senior Manager of Commercial Services with BC Public Service, focusing on high-risk business procurement and project execution. As the Founder of Hiline Utilities, Steve concentrated on business development and project execution in the forestry and utilities sectors. Steve began career as a Forestry Engineer at Iverson Forest Management Inc., specializing in project management and heavy civil construction. Steve holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and has attended York University - Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017.
