Sumit Saini

Sumit Saini is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Aecon Group Inc. since July 2016, after advancing through roles such as Manager and Compensation Benefits Analyst within the same organization. Prior to joining Aecon Group Inc., Sumit held the position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Tata Communications and served as Deputy Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Encore Capital Group. Sumit's career began at Aon Hewitt as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst, followed by an engineering role at Kaizen Metal Forming Pvt Ltd. Educationally, Sumit holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
