Sunmee Ihm

Sunmee Ihm has extensive experience in project management and engineering, with a strong background in construction and field engineering. At Aecon Group Inc. from September 2018 to July 2024, Sunmee held positions as Project Controller and Field Engineer in Surrey, British Columbia. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Soosung Engineering Co. Ltd., where responsibilities involved calculating right-of-way areas and assisting in the preparation of designs and reports. Sunmee also worked at Caltrans from November 2010 to September 2015 as a Construction Field Engineer/Office Engineer, where duties encompassed inspecting contractor field work and preparing construction cost schedules, along with roles as Assistant Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager. Sunmee holds a Master's degree in Project & Construction Management from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
