Susan Wallace

Susan Wallace is an experienced learning and instructional design professional with a robust background in training development and project management. Currently serving as Learning Manager at Aecon Group Inc. since March 2014, Susan has previously held roles such as Learning Programs Manager and Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Rogers Communications Inc., where Susan worked as a Training Design Manager and part-time Instructional Designer, focusing on customer service training for national call centres. Additional roles include Instructional Designer positions at Bank of Montreal and Rogers Communications, as well as the Director of Education at The Acumen Academy Inc. and Associate Editor at Pearson Education. Susan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
