Tim Kendall

Tim Kendall is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems support and application development. Currently serving as a Remedy Administrator/Developer and Applications Developer at Aecon since June 2009, Tim has achieved BMC Remedy 7.5 Administrator and ITSM 7 certifications. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Systems Technician at Flanagan Foodservice Inc from December 2005 to May 2009, where contributions included providing comprehensive technical support across multiple locations, training colleagues on software applications, and implementing key IT infrastructure improvements. Tim holds a degree in Network Engineering and Security Analyst and a Computer Systems Technician – Network Systems degree from Mohawk College, completed between 2003 and 2006.
