Todd Hodgkinson

Todd Hodgkinson is a seasoned professional in the nuclear energy sector, boasting 22 years of experience across various operational and construction roles. They have expertise in Human Performance, Nuclear Fundamentals, and Safety Culture, and have served as a Field Shift Operating Supervisor at Ontario Power Generation, followed by several leadership positions at Aecon Group Inc., including Human Performance Manager and Senior Manager of Human Performance. Currently, as the Human Performance Manager for a large nuclear project, they focus on training construction supervisors and workers, mentoring, and data analysis of production processes. Todd obtained a Marine Engineering Technologist degree from Georgian College in 1996.
