Tom Middlebrook

Tom Middlebrook is a versatile engineering and construction executive with extensive experience in urban transportation solutions, infrastructure project management, and business development. They served as Senior Vice President for Dragados Canada and were instrumental in overseeing major transportation projects across Eastern Canada. Tom began their career at TTC, managing maintenance for the subway fleet before progressing to leadership roles, including Chief Engineer and Director of Urban Mobility at MMM Group. Currently, they hold the position of Program Director for major projects at SYSTRA Canada and are engaged in global business development for Aecon's Urban Transportation Solutions group. Tom earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University.
