Vincent Rallon

Vincent Rallon has extensive experience in the finance and project finance field. Vincent is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Mosaic Transit Group, where they are responsible for managing all finance and financing activities for the Finch West LRT Project. Prior to this, Vincent held various roles at Aecon Group Inc., including Director of Project Finance and Project Finance Manager, where they led financial structuring and finance raising efforts for infrastructure projects. Vincent also worked at Infrastructure Ontario as a Transaction Finance expert, providing financial expertise and support for infrastructure projects. Vincent began their career at PwC, where they held managerial and senior associate positions in the consulting and deals division, focusing on infrastructure and project finance. In addition, they worked briefly at Infrastructure Ontario as an Associate in Project Assessment & Initiation.

Vincent Rallon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Property Development and Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University. Vincent also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
