Ma Galdes has a diverse background in business development, project coordination, and marketing. Ma started their career as a Marketing Executive at Fingo Design & Associates Ltd., where they successfully managed interior design and construction tenders. Ma also monitored supplier performance, sourced affordable materials, and developed relationships with distributors. Ma then worked as a Project Coordinator at Hsin Chong Interiors (Hong Kong) Limited, before moving on to Aedas, where they served as a Business Development Executive. In this role, they defined the scope of work for tenders, conducted meetings with designers and clients, coordinated tender submissions, and handled costing and budgeting. Ma also provided support to management and acted as a liaison between customers and sales.

Ma Galdes attended Taiwan National Central University from 2003 to 2007. They earned an ME Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration during this time.
