Welcome to the era of Neo-Luxury — a lifestyle philosophy that reflects the aspirations of a new generation.

Driven by a passionate French team, AEDES combines proven technical expertise with an eye for detail inspired by architectural savoir-faire and timeless French elegance. From land acquisition to final delivery, we design and build unique properties, crafted to stand the test of time with purpose, comfort, and distinction.

We offer high-yield real estate projects tailored for today’s investors.
What sets us apart? Thoughtful decisions, a rigorous land selection process, and a vision that makes sense — economically and culturally.

Through our accessible co-investment model, we democratize access to future-oriented real estate projects — without compromising on quality or ambition.
