Frederic Heyfelder

Frederic Heyfelder is the Head of People & Culture at aedifion, where they focus on empowering both buildings and individuals. From 2020 to 2023, Frederic served as the People & Culture Lead at Crealize GmbH, building and leading the in-house HR department while advising portfolio companies on HR strategies. They also held a similar role at KICKZ.com GmbH, leading HR strategy, digitization, and restructuring efforts from 2021 to 2023. Before these positions, Frederic gained extensive experience in various roles at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, including Store Manager Trainee and General Sales Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from SRH Fernhochschule and completed a Future Leadership program at Intrinsify Akademie.
