Sebastian Will

Sebastian Will's work experience includes working as an Account-Manager at aedifion since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Finanzring GmbH & Co. KG from October 2006 to July 2021, where they served as a Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for management, business development, and support of wealthy clients in real estate investments, capital investment strategies, and sustainable investment strategies. Sebastian successfully converted the business model to fee-based advice and implemented task and project management software. Sebastian also played a key role in the digital transformation of advisory processes. Before joining Finanzring, Sebastian worked at Commerz Real AG from September 2003 to September 2006 as an Asset and Fund Manager. Their responsibilities included asset management of foreign real estate funds in the USA, Canada, and the UK, as well as reviewing and calculating new projects for asset acquisition. Sebastian also developed financing and investment concepts.

Sebastian Will obtained a Diplom degree in Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre from IBS International Business School from the years 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in recent years, including Coaching-Skills für Führungskräfte, Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmen: Strategien in der Praxis umsetzen, Scrum – Grundlagen, and Einführung ins Projektmanagement. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent being in January 2022.
