Marni Gordon

SVP, Partnerships at AEF

Marni Gordon is the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). In this role, they are responsible for content development and integrated marketing plans for over 150 events, including national and members-only conferences, committee meetings, and webinars.

Gordon has over 25 years of experience in the marketing industry. Marni began their career at Mindshare in 1996 as a Group Planning Director. In this role, they managed a team of planners and developed marketing strategies for clients such as AT&T, Kraft, and Coca-Cola. Marni left Mindshare in 2009 to join the ANA as the Senior Vice President of Committees & Conferences. In this role, they were responsible for developing content and marketing plans for ANA events. Marni also coached marketers to deliver high quality presentations and facilitated effective roundtable discussions at committee meetings to advance the marketing knowledge of ANA members.

In 2021, Gordon left the ANA to join AEF as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for developing partnerships with companies and organizations that align with AEF’s mission and goals.

Marni Gordon attended Binghamton University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Management with a Concentration in Marketing. Marni also holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an ICF Member Badge, as well as from New York University in Executive Coaching and Certified Career Coach. Additionally, Marni Gordon is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF.
