Tomás Carneiro

Tomás Carneiro is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). They are currently the Head of the Sports Department at AEFEUP, where they have contributed to student engagement in sports and events. Tomás has also been involved in the ConnectingGears Department at NEEM FEUP, collaborating on a job fair for mechanical engineering students. In 2025, they completed a curricular internship at Panoramah!, where they developed a computational application to optimize production planning for wooden parts, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to engineering challenges.
