Matt Herod

Matt brings more than 12 years of relevant experience to the role in Lens Technology, Lens & Lab Systems, Vendor Management, Frame DC and Practice Operations within the Essilor organization in Dallas and Arizona. His prior experiences include: a) Regional Operations Director – where he supervised 10 large Essilor optical labs with $200m annual revenue, b) President of Aspen Optical – where Matt ran a small chain of Optical Practices, c) Operations Manager CFDC – where he managed a “Central Frame DC”, and d) GM Southwest Lens – where he had full P&L responsibility for a wholesale lab supporting chains like AEG Vision.

Matt is a graduate of Fontbonne University and resides in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
