Phil Simich

Phil Simich is a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Aegis Aged Care Group, where they have been employed since 2021. Previously, they served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Ability Centre from 2014 to 2018 and held various HR roles including Human Resource Coordinator at the Department of Health (WA Health) from 1990 to 1994, Manager Human Resources at Brightwater Care Group Inc. from 1997 to 2000, and Managing Consultant Human Resources at Water Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Phil also worked as Chief Operating Officer / General Manager Retirement Living at Bethanie from 2002 to 2014. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University.
