Ryan Schappell

Ryan Schappell serves as an Accounting Manager for Personal Lines at AEGIS General Insurance Agency since October 2021, previously holding roles as Premium Accounting Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Prior to AEGIS, Ryan worked at Flagger Force Traffic Control Services from June 2018 to July 2021 as a Financial Reporting Supervisor and Senior Staff Accountant, where responsibilities included creating general ledger entries, leading monthly business performance summaries, and ensuring accurate financial statements. Ryan’s experience also includes freelance writing and a position as a Billing Specialist at Reed Smith LLP. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and furthered education at Penn State World Campus from 2018 to 2021.
