Deb Spero

Deb Spero has extensive experience in business development and staffing within the IT sector, currently serving as the Director of New Business Development at Aegistech since February 2001. In this role, Deb is responsible for managing full-life cycle IT staffing, focusing on building relationships with clients and candidates at the VP to CIO level, while addressing IT talent needs for various global and mid-size firms across multiple domains. Prior to Aegistech, Deb held the position of Director of Staffing at Goldman Sachs within the Wealth Management group. Deb's early career includes sales and marketing roles at Sequent Computers and Stratus Computer. Deb holds a BS in Marketing from Baruch College and completed education at Hewlett High School.
