Kim Mitchell

Kim Mitchell is a seasoned professional in employee relations, currently serving as the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Aegon UK since September 2017. In this role, Kim manages the development and execution of Aegon’s Employee Relations strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and business performance.
