Ryan Smith is an expert in corporate sustainability and responsible investment strategy creation and implementation. With extensive experience in aligning organizational growth with sustainability goals, Ryan has a proven track record in integrating ESG into investment processes and creating ESG-focused investment products. Ryan previously served as Head of ESG Research at Aegon Asset Management and Fund Manager at Artemis Investment Management, and held the position of Head of Corporate Governance & SRI at Kames Capital. Currently, Ryan is the RI Lead at Aegon UK and is pursuing a Master of Science in Integrated Environmental Control at Nottingham Trent University.
