Caroline Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Finance Transformation Programme Manager at Aegon since September 2022, Caroline previously held the position of Head of Business Readiness Assurance at Atos and acted as Director at Stewart Fife Consulting Limited, providing skilled interim consultancy. Caroline's tenure at Aegon from 2011 to 2020 included roles such as Head of IT Risk, Head of Platform Cash and Asset Management, and Business Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included managing operational risk, overseeing cash and asset reconciliations, and leading finance and actuarial change initiatives. Prior experience also encompasses roles at ReAssure as Data Audit Manager and Equiniti as Operations Manager and Senior Technician. Caroline possesses dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law from Glasgow Caledonian University and in Maths, Stats, and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.
